The Committee have been working on ways to make paying Memberships easier for everyone. It was decided at the last couple of meetings to implement online payments for Memberships.
Online payments will make it easier for members to pay their subscriptions but we will need your co-operation to make it work.
We will require you to:
1. Make the payment using the Bank Account Details provided.
2. Use your Name and type of payment in the Reference section.
Eg JDowdy/Fee or JDowdy/Renew or JDowdy/Rejoin
3. Fill out the relevant form and email it back to the Secretary at [email protected] This MUST occur because
Membership will not be deemed as paid until this is received and payment is verified.
There are 4 type of Membership payments:
NEW Membership: This is the form that you fill out when you first join. It has the correct amounts for New Memberships which include the Joining Fee. ($10)
RENEWAL: This form is valid for those members renewing their Membership up until the 30 November.
REJOINING: This form and fees are for those who have not renewed by the due date and includes a Rejoining Fee. ($10)
SUBSCRIPTION MEBERSHIP This is for people who would like to receive te newsletter but do not wish to become full member of the club. It is only available to people wo are not Members of Dogs Vic or relevant State Body.
REMEMBER a completed membership form must be received by the Secretary to deem your membership as having been paid.
